B&T specialises in the design, manufacture and erection of all types of steel structures according to client specifications. Established in Delmas, Mpumalanga in 1995, customers know they can trust them to deliver on their promises.

B&T work from certified designs in the manufacturing and erection of steel structures; roofs, cladding, ventilators, windows, doors, translucent polycarb sheeting; as well as post-erection quality control inspections. To complete the turnkey offering, they make use of their own transport fleet to deliver materials to various construction sites both in South Africa and the sub-Saharan area.

To build on the success B&T has achieved over the last decade; this family-owned and run business has set new targets for growth and is continuously investing in its future. B&T is improving its capacity by purchasing CNC cutting, drilling, and measuring machinery from Germany; implementing significant staff training and upskilling initiatives; as well as preparing for their ISO 9001 Quality Management or by investing in safety equipment and updating their facilities.

B&T has a staff complement of 130 employees, as well as 20 subcontractor teams to make sure that the erection of their structures are completed on time and according to strict B&T specifications. A technical team is available to assist when queries arise in the workshop or on site. The company currently owns and occupies 6000m² factory and 6.3ha of yard space.

B&T is a member of the South African Institute of Steel Construction (SAISC), International Steel Fabricators Council (ISF) and the Gauteng master builders association.
