The Red Star Raceway in Delmas will set new standards in motor racing. It will be the only race track where bikes can race both ways (clockwise and anti-clockwise) and will be almost as large as Kyalami Race Track once completed.

Do you only erect structures only within Gauteng?

No, we erect structures throughout South Africa as well as sub-Saharan Africa including Angola, Luanda and Mozambique, to name a few.

What organisations and associations are you currently members of?

SAISC (South African Institute of Steel Construction), ISF (International Steel Fabricators) and Gauteng master builders association.

Do you have a BBBEE rating?

Yes level 6 and we are working towards a level 4 by 20112

Do you comply with safety requirements?

Yes, have a 5 star integrated NOSA rating

Do you provide transport?

Yes, we have a fleet of vehicles (various models) to accommodate the structural need. We transport in a knock-down format and erect on site.

Do you do civil works?

We do provide the foundations for the structures. Thereafter, we will refer you to one of our strategic civil construction partners to provide you with a complete solution.

Do you supply the sandstone and cement?

Due to logistical constraints, we request that the client supplies their own. The materials are to be delivered to the site directly.

Do you provide engineers certificates?

Yes, engineer’s certificates will be provided on completion of every job.

Do you do paint work?

Yes, we do have an on-site paint workshop that we use to spray any size of steel. You can specify the colour that you would prefer. This also allows us to reduce the total cost.

Do you do Tubular Construction?

Yes

Do you do flooring, palisades and gates?

No, but we can make recommendations to you.

Do you provide isolation?

Yes, dependant on budget, we can provide isolation boards or isolation sheeting (Alucushion Insulation)

Can you manufacture exactly to client specifications?

Yes, we have specialised design and engineer teams that will guide you through the process from concept to completion.

Can the client supply exact material specification?

Yes, most definitely. We have an extensive range of materials and products that we make use of.  If we do not have the material, we will be able to source it for you.

Is crane hire necessary?

This is purely job dependant. We do currently own three different size rough terrain cranes (4, 10, 16 ton) that will be used on site, if necessary.

Can you incorporate crane lifts into your structures?

Yes, we build the crane girdles for them to run on. We do not supply the actual cranes, but can refer you to relevant suppliers. We do not manage the installation of the actual cranes.

Can you specify the types of doors that are required?

Yes, although there are standard doors, we can both install and manufacture them as manual or electronic operations.
